Commercial Electrical and Tenant Improvements
Tenant improvements, service equipment, and code corrections run on drawings, schedules, and inspections. We work from the approved plans, coordinate with the builder, designer, or property manager, and keep the electrical scope inspection-ready from rough-in to final.
Load calculations and service sizing
Every scope starts with the numbers: existing service capacity, the loads being added, and the calculation the plan reviewer will ask for, so the design holds up at plan check instead of being corrected in the field.
Tenant improvement electrical
Power, lighting, and controls for suite build-outs and remodels, installed to the approved drawings and coordinated with the other trades on site.
Service equipment and utility coordination
New and upgraded services, switchgear and metering equipment, pad and clearance planning, and the serving utility's design review. We prepare the submittal material Southern California Edison or SDG&E asks for and track it through their comments.
Code corrections and inspection readiness
Correction notices, failed inspections, and existing conditions that need to meet current code are scoped plainly, corrected, and walked with the inspector.
