TLC Electrical (operating as “Top Level Charging”) is committed to making this website usable by as many people as possible, regardless of ability or the technology they use. We target conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA.

• Semantic page structure with named landmarks and a logical heading order, so screen readers can navigate by region
• Full keyboard operability: every interactive control is reachable and usable without a mouse, with visible focus indicators
• Focus management on dynamic content, including moving focus to confirmation messages so form outcomes are announced
• Live-region announcements for form errors and status changes, rendered persistently so assistive technology reliably reports them
• Text alternatives for meaningful images
• Color contrast meeting WCAG 2.1 AA ratios across the site, including form fields and interactive states
• Touch targets sized for motor accessibility, and layouts that reflow for zoom and small screens

Accessibility is reviewed when we change the site, not only once. New features are built against the same WCAG 2.1 AA target before they ship.
